Forum 3, a county commissioner candidates' forum on land use issues, was held on September 7, 2006, at Cecil Community College

• Eleven of the twelve candidates for the three Cecil County Commissioner seats to be decided in this fall's election answered questions on county land use issues and their vision for the future of the county. All candidates present were given the opportunity to provide brief answers to all the questions. Dr. Eileen McLellan was the moderator.
